The FACE program was created in 1990 by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (now the Bureau of Indian Education) within the Office of Indian Education Programs to develop an integrated model for an American Indian early childhood/parental involvement program. Funding: FACE is funded through the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE).
